Our 60-Night Guarantee

We want you to feel the difference. If you're not happy with Survora Serenity, contact us within 60 nights of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

You don't need to send anything back. Keep the product — we just ask that you tell us what didn't work for you, so we can keep improving.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@survora.com within 60 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a brief note about your experience.
  3. We'll confirm your refund by email — no forms, no return shipping, no restocking fees.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are approved within 3 business days of your request.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take a further 3–10 business days to appear.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

Wrong item received: Contact us and we'll send the correct product at no cost to you. No return required.

Order never arrived: If your tracking shows no delivery after the expected window, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if unresolved, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — email us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, our 60-night guarantee applies instead.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner with tracking.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days to the United States.
  • We currently ship to the United States only.
